As reported in the Reno Gazette, June 1983, there's a story of a fire; the water that it took to contain the fire, and a man found on a tree; fully equipped in his scuba diver equipment, the man's dental record identified him as Delmer Darion employee of the Nugget Hotel Casino, Reno, Nevada, engaged as a black-jack dealer. Well liked and well regarded as a physical, recreational, sporting lover… his true passion was for the lake. As reported by the coroner, Delmer died of an heart attack between the lake and the tree. Added to this the fact that the pilot who picked him up was a known alcoholic, who just two nights before had lost quite a large amount of money in the Nugget Hotel Casino, in the black-jack table, where Delmer was dealing. The pilot of the plane that picked him up couldn't live with the strange occurrence, without thinking that it was all somehow linked, he committed suicide two days after the incident.
I dare not say that this was just a mere coincidence, this is not "one of those things"
